Standard labels are usually despatched within 2-3 working days, and customised labels or signs despatched within 7-10 working days. For urgent requirements please contact us first. You may also find our terms and conditions useful.

Are the prices on the website inclusive of VAT?

All of the prices on the website are exclusive of VAT, this will be added at checkout.

How much postage will I pay?

We have a standard delivery charge of £ 4.95 for all UK mainland orders. This will either be by 1st class royal mail delivery or for larger volumes royal mail recorded delivery. The delivery methods noted are at our discretion we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in post. You can opt to pay for a track-able delivery service.

I don’t want to order my labels online how else can I order?

We have 5 easy ways to order to suit every ones needs:

How can I pay for my labels?

When ordering online you have the option of paying via:

• Debit/Credit Card
• Cheque
• Debit/Credit card by telephone
• PayPal

When ordering by telephone/fax/post, you can either call us your card details or send a cheque please note if paying by cheque we will post your goods upon receipt of cleared funds. If you have funds in your paypal account we can send you a paypal invoice for your labels.

Do you offer an account facility?

Yes, we do offer an account subject to completion and approval of an account application form.  Please download the form or contact us to post/email one to you. *For schools, colleges and local authority please contact us direct as you may already have accounts with us.

How do I let you know what text I need on my personalised labels?

On the checkout page you will find a text box for you to make a note of all personalised details. Please check all spelling and grammar before submitting. You can also email us at: info@thelabelpeople.co.uk, advising of your purchase i.d (generated at checkout) and contact details along with personalised text.

Can I have my company logo or contractor’s logo on my labels?

We have a range of contractor logo’s available including NICEIC Domestic installer/Approved contractor, ECA, Elecsa, Trustmark, Corgi, etc, these logos are generally used on the personalised periodic inspection and rcd test labels. These logo’s are included free with personalised labels purchased. With company logos it is always best to email us a copy of your logo first for us to test print quality; we will then contact you with our results.

I can’t find the label I need can you make it for me?

Yes, of course! Just contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a price and delivery lead time ASAP.

I have tried to add items to my shopping cart but it doesn’t seem to work what can I do?

If you experience any technical difficulties while using the site, please look at the bottom of the homepage for “How to enable cookies” and follow the instructions. If you are still experiencing problems either telephone or email us and we will do our best to rectify the problem and take your order.
